The fluorescent lights of the library buzzed overhead, casting a sterile glow over his furrowed brow. Anxiety lurked beneath the edges of his mind, not because of the mountain of legal principles sprawled on the table, but because of the unsettling dreams that had plagued him for the past three nights.
For the third night in a row, images of clashing electricities, sun-baked sands, and a fierce camaraderie with a man with unruly dark hair flashed behind his closed eyelids. The dreams felt strangely real, stirring emotions within him he couldn't quite grasp. Frustration gnawed at him. These weren't nightmares, but they weren't pleasant either. They left him feeling disoriented and yearning – for what, he couldn't say.
As his dreams persists, Caesar tries to find a way to navigate his university life while more things unfold before his very eyes.
