But home isn't the one he grew up in. His brother barely talks to him. His father’s smile belongs to a new kid named Tommy, who’s taken over the house like he’s always lived there.

Ranboo still doesn’t know what to think of the newfound realization of how pretty Tubbo is. It’s not like he didn’t know he was pretty prior to this, but the new knowing of just how pretty he is. Because there is no way he hasn’t come to realize how Tubbo’s blue eye glistens in the night. Maybe he’s crying. Ranboo doesn’t know. He’s not even sure if he should ask about it. It’s probably not the most professional thing in the world, nor was the shotgunning, and nor is the thought of kissing Tubbo as that was happening. He barely knows him, and this is happening.
Tubbo would hate him if he realized, wouldn’t he?
Tubbo is still smoking the joint beside him, staring out into the open air and Ranboo watches as the smoke leaves his mouth and lingers in the chilled air. He seems at peace, but also the exact opposite of peaceful at the same time. Ranboo doesn’t quite know what to make of him.

“It’s not really mine, just an old one we’ve had for years. If you don’t keep it it’ll just keep collecting dust in my room,”
“I have hobbies, I don’t need to learn guitar.” Tommy insists. He looks between Wilbur and the guitar, still holding it awkwardly in the air.

Or- Years of floating through the foster system has done nothing for Tommy except to strengthen his tolerance for liquor. He's about ready to white knuckle it until he ages out of the system, but after six months at the Watson's he's starting to think that maybe the way he's used to doing things isn't normal

Phil would literally kill him if he brought this kid back. The Syndicate was already spread so thin on supplies, with Aimsey recovering from freezing, and Ranboo and Wilbur recovering from the bounty hunters. Not to mention the fact that Billiam III could be on their tail now. Either way, he yanked off his scarf and pressed it to the wound. The kid cried out in pain, nails digging into Techno's hand.
“Don’t look at it. What’s your name?” Techno asked, attempting to scoop the kid up while still holding pressure on the gunshot.
“Tommy.” He said. Tommy passed out before they even left the house.

Slowly, almost tentatively, Technoblade knelt down to pick up the rifle. A Winchester rifle, the trigger worn. The brown cow behind him huffed, and nudged a head into his back. He took another step.
“What happened?” He found himself asking, his voice smoothing out into a honey-like drip.
“I- I did somethin’ bad, real bad. I can’t- Please. Please, sir, just- just fucking kill me. I can’t do this, I just- Please!” With every passing second, the kid grew more desperate, scared even.
…. Damn it, Phil was going to be livid.

Purpled never thought that he of all people could be a father. He can barley keep a plant alive (despite being a hero) and now he has to keep kids alive? When a villain he has a... rough history with come back, he finds that these two children have become this villains target.

Tommy yelps as he feels invisible strings wrap around his limbs.
Everything goes dark, somehow even darker than it had been before, and he's taken over by a blisteringly hot pain. He feels his heart start in his chest as he shoots up with a gasp, and though his eyes aren't quite adjusted to the sudden brightness, he can just about make out a blurry figure standing above him.
The figure is talking to him, now, he can see their mouth moving.
