During an all-out apocalypse, he had expected humanity to adapt rather quickly, but not many had. And, if anybody asked Tubbo, he would have said that even most of those who'd managed hadn’t done so as well as him.
It had been a few months since the beginning of the Zombie Virus outbreak. The world had handled it about as well as they had handled every other major epidemic that had come before then, and that was to say horribly. Most people had been convinced that it was a hoax at first, and, by the time it had become obvious that it wasn’t, it was too late. Governments fell apart like butter left on the stove for too long. Communication had ground to a halt. The only few news stations remaining were using radio frequencies to send out their messages, and it was hard as a lone wanderer to get access to those.
That said, while Tubbo had been majorly let down by the world, he had no plans of doing so in return.
He would find a cure for the Zombie Virus!

Tommy Innit was exploring in the city of Essempi with Tubbo Underscore and Ranboo Beloved when he (quite literally) stumbled upon a glowing amulet. He would have laughed in your face if you told him object no larger than his hand would proceed to completely alter the trajectory of his life, and yet, that would be his reality. Concerns about his overdue Geometry homework fell to the backburner as he took up the role of a child soldier in a war that no human this side of the millennium could remember.
Though maybe it would have always been this way. Prime willing, Tommy will get out of this mentally intact.

Growing up can be challenging especially when your family doesn't give you the best support or they don't really care for you when your brothers outshine you by being an internationally known singer and Military general. Then there's Tommy... The youngest son of the Watson family. He's not insanely smart like Techno or a Famous singer like Wilbur. He was the oops baby. Born after the Twin brothers had turned 19 and his father and mother were now 39.
Tommy goes through life and it makes an exciting story. With many bumps in the road.

We never know what we get into once we get into it. We take the steps down the path, and sometimes there are horse trails that lead you to an open field of tall dew grass that leave wet marks on your pants, and other times it'll leave sand between your toes, and other times it'll leave you walking through crop fields at sunset and wondering how you got there.
This is one of those journeys of stumbling into something where he wasn't sure how he got there to begin with, but he'll do it with a sigh and a groan and realize there is something more to the wheat fields that he loves that he expected.

Summary
This last month has been a roller-coaster of events, but if you asked Techno, it was just a regular month in his life. His life was always a wreck, especially since he got taken from his "parents". They don't deserve to be called parents, not with what they did to him. But ever since he got put into state custody, he's been experiencing these moments where he doesn't remember anything. When he comes to, he always finds some adult scolding him for being violent and hurting other kids.
The thing is, he doesn't remember doing any of this, ever. Like, sure, he vaguely knows what happened, but those actions don't feel like his own. He feels no remorse, yet, he doesn't feel any pride either. It's a total disconnect. As he got older, bouncing from house to house, the problem only got worse. Techno keeps finding himself facing the consequences of what he assumes is a demon possessing him.
Except, because of this, he ended up where he is now. Sitting in the passenger seat of his social worker's car, he stared out the window, watching each house pass by. Keeping a groan of annoyance to himself, he tuned out the scolding of his social worker.
