Yuu Rosemaine was a boy who lived inside a treehouse near a small village in Rosewoods. Orphaned at a young age, a family friend took him in and cared for him ever since he was a wee boy. Still, he insisted on having a treehouse which he could always escape to.
Everything was normal at first. He would go into town and sing to the townsfolk willing to listen, or accompany his cousins/step-brothers and sisters when they went out to play. He would take evening strolls in the woods and go back to his treehouse where he could sleep or read his favourite story. Letting his one wildest dream take over his sleeping mind.
Everything was normal at first. But what would he do if something were to happen to him that would change his life forever? What would he do if his daily cycle of life were to be interfered?
There's only one way to find out...

Summary
Ever since the events that might as well have led to the end of the world– Er, twice actually, there’d been some sort of vendetta against Night Raven College.
An increased fear against mages in general due to the power they wielded– It certainly wasn’t helped much by the many overblots that had been covered up by the school, which had been revealed to the public.
If you didn’t count the Shroud siblings nearly unleashing Phantoms to wreak havoc on the world, then you’d definitely at least have to count Malleus Draconia, overblotting and creating a large field that put everyone to sleep.
Unfortunately considering the people high up who had to get involved to get people to evacuate and monitor the very risky situation… Yeah it wasn’t like they could just sweep it under the rug.
It's been 4 years since then. Night Raven College still existed, albeit facing a large amount of criticism. Whether it was for failing to take care of its students to where several faced experiences where by all accounts should have died, whether it was for raising delinquents and monsters to later unleash upon the world.

-----Cheka's dreams aren't usually this weird. Most of the time they're comprised of random things, like that one park Mama and Papa took him to with Unca! But this one is weird. Like, Really Weird. He stares into blank space, and, for some reason, he does not feel afraid.
"Hello?" A voice calls, feminine, and definitely not his. Cheka whirls around, hackles raised to come face to someone else in front of him in his dream. "Hiya?" Cheka says peering up at the lady, not that he can see much of her. It's foggy for some reason.
"Who're you?" Cheka asks, tilting his head to the side curiously.
The figure pauses for a moment, before sticking out her hand and saying "I'm Avery Yumei. What's your name?"
Cheka takes her hand and says "I'm Cheka!"
and then he wakes up.
