Makio first meets Suma after one of her fights, and the two get closer when Suma is tasked with Makio's physical therapy before the biggest fight of her career.
I'm a little wary of this one honestly, it's one of those fanfictions where I don't feel great about the quality, but hopefully, I'm just being a worrier and it's actually really good.
