Summary
During the Straw Hats' last night in Wano, Sanji spends his night drinking and overthinking how to tell his crew about his relationship with Zoro when Kid happens upon him. After accepting a drink from Kid but rebuffing his advances, Sanji starts to feel unwell. Not wanting to worry his crewmates, he accepts Kid's offer to help him back to the Sunny, a mistake that will devastate Sanji and leave the Straw Hats reeling. As Sanji spirals deeper into depression, Zoro struggles to make sense of what the hell happened, and how he can keep Sanji-- and his world-- from falling apart.

Summary
When Zoro and Sanji have to move in together to help Usopp with his lease, they're not expecting to get along.
They're also not expecting the wall between their bedrooms to be so thin.
Absolutely doesn't help that they have a crush on each other. It's not their faults they decide to listen in.

What could you possibly expect to find in an antique house? Broken furniture, old newspapers, and a shit ton of dust.
But when the Vinsmokes are victims of an assassination plot overseas, and Sanji inherits their estate, he certainly expected a few skeletons in their closet. Not the whole afterlife.

Summary
"This isn't good…" Chopper murmured. He was crouched down next to Zoro in the medical bay, moonlight glinting through the window and lighting up the small room. As the doctor of the Straw Hat Crew, the health of the whole crew depended on him. But now… Chopper stood up, shaking with fear. "I'm afraid Zoro has caught the bubonic plague."
OR,
Zoro gets the bubonic plague and all Sanji can do is watch the love of his life perish before his eyes... or is it?TW: self-sacrifice, MAJOR character death, future AU, themes of self harm at the end, swearing

Summary
Two weeks now. Same time, between the lunch crush and the quiet drift after. Tall, broad through the shoulders in a way no shirt could hide. Moss-green hair, cropped close. A pale scar ran from mid-forehead to mid-cheek, crossing the left lid in a straight seam. Control showed in the jaw line and the still set of his shoulders. Business-casual armor, fabric pulled over a chest made in a gym. Three thin bar earrings in his left ear caught the light when he turned. Watch under a closed cuff. No rings. Gray-eyed, focused. Sanji traced the line of his mouth, the quiet set of it, and felt interest stir again.

A lighter clicked. Then the sound of an inhale, and an exhale.
“So, what's your plan? Starve yourself to death to make a statement?”
Zoro opened a slit of his eye to look up at Sanji. He towered over him in the moonlight, wearing the usual white shirt and black pants.
“Not eating any of your crap until you start telling the truth.”
They only meet in the quiet hours of the night. Sanji pretends it means nothing. Zoro wishes it meant everything.

Summary
*Spoiler warning, takes place after Wano but before Egghead, references to past events in anime littered throughout.*
When Sanji and Zoro have a miscommunication during their early morning watch, tempers flare and words are exchanged. They both feel like the other is off and that their friendship is strained.
Sanji's guilt and shame over what happened on Whole Cake and his subsequent abandonment of his post leave him feeling isolated.
While Zoro has feelings he can't begin to express, he has spent his lifetime suppressing them. His desires always come second to his responsibilities.
The man who can't express himself and the man who is overly expressive are stranded on an island, where nothing feels right, and strange things keep happening.
They can no longer lie; voices speak on the wind, it's a perfect paradise that feels like a trap. They must survive together, resolve their issues, and come to terms with both their flaws and their feelings before they can make it home.
Two men, one island, and the loss of control are exactly what they need to come together. When nothing is what it seems, at least they have each other.

Summary
Zoro had no idea where he was going. Thinking back, though, did he ever know what path he walked? Who would have thought the Pirate Hunter of the East Blue would wind up actually considering switching fields? And who would have thought that one small game in a small boat would lead to an unconscious admission of undeniable attraction?
or
The story of how a lost man at sea became a pirate and later developed a desperate want and need for one of his crewmates. Just to realize that the most jaw-droppingly gorgeous man he's ever seen is a complete idiot. Oh- and he is also the most painfully straight man to have ever lived.

Sanji’s first answer had been to tell Bege to go to hell. But then Bege spelled out the consequences if he refused, and Vito leaned in to whisper something that made Sanji’s expression harden. After that, Sanji was ready to go quietly – and even planning to leave the rest of them behind. Like he didn’t trust them. Zoro had shut that down fast. “I’m going with you.”

He cared about Sanji just as he cared about the rest of his crew, he’d be just as annoyed if Ace had started hanging around Robin or Chopper, he trusted Luffy, but Ace wasn’t apart of their crew, he shouldn’t be on their ship as much as he was.

Summary
In the vibrant atmosphere of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, two athletes from completely different backgrounds find themselves thrown together in unexpected ways. Roronoa Zoro, a talented young kendo master from Japan, is set to showcase his sport on the world’s biggest stage, all while grappling with haunting memories that just won’t fade away. Meanwhile, Sanji Vinsmoke, a French figure skater, is on a journey to heal from the scars left by a demanding family and a public persona that seems hell-bent on dragging him back to his lowest points.
What starts off with playful clashes, witty banter, and a few blunders that are hardly Olympic-worthy, gradually transforms into a relationship that’s as awkward as it is unavoidable. Amidst the tension, undeniable chemistry, and a sprinkle of irony, both athletes must navigate the intense pressure of the Olympics… and come to terms with the fact that sometimes, the fiercest opponent isn’t on the ice or in the dōjō, but staring back at them in the mirror.

Summary
Sanji suspects Zoro might have an oral fixation. The asshole lifts weights with his jaw, for fuck's sake. Why else would someone choose to constantly wield a hilt between their teeth?
Or Sanji might just be obsessed with his lips. Who's to say?
........
“I…I just…” Willing his brain to shut up for even a split second, Sanji ghosted his fingers along Zoro's jawline, nearly oblivious to the jolt of shock it sent through other man's frame, and tentatively hooked his thumb in the plump curve of his bottom lip. His thoughts exploded in his skull like rapidfire, too quickly for him to grasp a hold of any of them for more than a few seconds at a time.
When he didn't have to defend from a blade to the throat, his confidence grew despite the fact he knew he should be mortified. His thumb prodded forward, pushing between Zoro's lips until the calloused pad reached the smooth wall of teeth.
And, astonishingly, Zoro’s jaw fell open with a barely audible groan.

Summary
Zoro had found himself as one of the subjects of the matchmaking set up by Mihawk and Zeff. The other subject being Sanji, who immediately fell in love and attempted to show his affection and desire in every way possible. This wouldn't be a problem, if Zeff wasn't the one Zoro was hungry for.
It also wouldn't be that big of a deal if it stayed casual, but Zoro will in time learn that Sanji's romantic and chivalric nature had to come from somewhere, and it certainly didn't come from his sperm donor.
or
Zoro is a wine delivery boy for his dad and has a taste for dilfs. Zeff doesn't know what he got himself into, but this time neither did Zoro. Sanji is just suffering between the two of them.

Summary
Sanji propositions Zoro, asking him if he'd let him feel up his chest while blindfolded to see how different Zoro's chest was to a lady's. Zoro, like the pining fool he is, agrees. But what was meant to just be a one-off thing quickly morphs into more than either of them could have imagined.

Professor Roronoa Zoro teaches Swordsmanship like he’s been sentenced to it, drinks too much black coffee, and hasn’t worn a properly ironed shirt since 2009. Enter Sanji Vinsmoke: the newly hired, infuriatingly stylish culinary lecturer with an accent, a bone to pick with institutional sexism, and a habit of picking fights with his co-worker in front of the entire faculty.

“So… you're not drugged?” Zoro says stupidly.
“No.”
“So you…” Zoro fumbled for the right words, “You… you're…?”
“Oh my god, he's broken,” Sanji says, smiling lightly. “It’s really none of your fucking business, but yes, I like men moss for brains.”
AKA Zoro's spiral after he finds out that Sanji likes men.

Summary
With a sigh, Zoro picked up his utensils and dug into the walleye, figuring he might as well stick the fork in himself. Maybe one day he would manage a normal conversation with Sanji. And maybe one day, he would find the courage to ask him out. Modern setting.
