Ever since Thanos tried to kill him, Loki has been…different. Thor had written it off at first. Loki seemed fine, so surely it was nothing. He was still the same Person, maybe a better one actually, so the physical changes were probably just his imagination.
Because Loki had always been pale, Loki has never thriven for physical contact and Loki has always been good at magic, so it isn’t strange he wasn’t visible on Video Cameras.
And if he couldn’t sense Loki‘s Seidir, than that was just his lack of magic knowledge.
