The evening before their second Syndicate meeting, Techno decides to start baking again. It's an idea he's been toying with since their first meeting; the knowledge that this is something he does well enough to make him acceptable in social situations and the desire to be more than just the baker, the supplier of food, once more warring within him. His hands itch with the desire to knead dough and heft the peel he'd salvaged from the ruins of his bakery in L'Manburg. His ears burn with the remembered shame of Quackity's comments about his usefulness with a sword, of Tommy and Fundy's derision, of Wilbur's damning silence.
But…
But Niki had said no one would ever make him do anything he didn't want to. Not even the other members of the Syndicate.

People are… strange, during the war. Ranboo’s used to how people act under this constant low-grade terror from so many other wars he can barely keep straight in his head. It’s easiest to ignore it. It’s less embarrassing for everyone if he pretends he doesn’t see it.
All this is to say that when Ranboo unlocks the door of his flat and finds somebody standing in his front room, his first thought is just to ask if he’s meant to know them. He hopes he doesn’t, and that they leave quickly.
“Do I…” Ranboo starts, then notices he can see right through this person.

Puffy grew up with the stars. They were a part of her childhood. She has fond memories of standing on a boat staring up at the sky and hearing stories. They seem to call to her tonight, urging her out of her bed. She obeys their call, expecting to be the only one awake. To her surprise, she bumps into Ranboo.
OR: Ranboo doesn’t really need sleep, per se, so he’s up working on a project when Puffy finds him and tries to get him to go to bed. One thing leads to another, and suddenly she’s figuring out a secret he’s been able to keep for years (like a lot of years), but more recently is somehow falling apart.

It truly was a fun night for the residents of the Dream SMP to try Russian Roulette for the first time. Don't worry. Its just their alternate selves in another universe that tried this!

Tommy's gone through a lot. He really really wanted to take a break. So why not just terrorize their other alternate universe selves or torture them? Join Tommy and his road to insanity because he really needs to go the afterlife and rest. After all, he IS permitted to kill people.
