Summary: Years after the Geostigma Crisis, Cloud Strife is still attempting to run away from his past and the nightmares that haunt him. After a particularly hard period, he ends up coming across a monster, leftover gift by Shinra and their scientists, and right before he manages to slay it, it pulls him back during a time he should be nothing but a cadet.
Sephiroth, after feeling weak for the first time during his adult life and coming to terms with it, simply tries to deliver a letter written by an anxious mother to her missing son.
