Coming back from a mission to help Barry and his friends, Kara finds herself flung through a portal and onto an Earth, that she quickly realizes isn't her own. Here, Kryptonians and humans were battling each other for control over the planet. Cities were decimated, and everyone was on edge. The DEO remained as the top force authorized to protect the inhabitants of their world. Alex Danvers, Director of the DEO, and her wife, Lena Luthor, CEO of L-Corp, have teamed up, combining their resources and efforts to combat the alien invaders.
Over time, the two have worked hard to advance weapons and defense systems, hoping to get an upper-hand on the war. Lena's latest creation is a Kryptonite serum that can be used on humans to act as both a method of self-defense, and as a weapon. It remained untested when Alex decides to use it on herself, a desperate act to ensure some success in rescuing Lena when she is suddenly kidnapped by the invaders.
With Kryptonite everywhere and without anyone to lean on for help, Kara struggles as best she could, wishing to just return home.

When Dick Grayson and The Midnighter encounter a dangerous enemy onboard a cruise ship, they are swept away. The Midnighter from life, Dick from his reclaimed semi normal existence as a normal detective. Taking up the mantle of Nightwing rebranded as The Nightwing after a series of events leave him a vampire, he teams up with Apollo. Together they dive into Gotham's underworld to uncover the winding maze of The Midnighter's murder. Along the way Deadpool and Spiderman end up getting entangled in Eddie Brock and Venom's happy little nightmare family, which leads them to Dick's new hideout, dragging a disgruntled Thor and brother along for the insanity in a series of Metropolis city wide chaos. This eventually reaches The Batman, who is struggling with his own vampirisim and his own alien lover.
Everything gets more and more complicated, and all Apollo wants is a place to set the infant versions of his fellow gods down for a nap without the car ride there getting interrupted by Skrull warbrides and Lex Luthor singing off key love ballads to a highly pissed off and hormonal Superman. -
