Summary
Link loses the final battle to Ganondorf, but instead of killing the hero, Ganon decides to have some fun with him instead. Once he’s finished he sends Link back out into Hyrule, which Link takes as a mercy until he realizes that Ganon’s cast a spell on him that makes all monsters in the surrounding area hell bent on fucking him senseless.

Summary
Zelda, the princess scholar of Hyrule, has always been fascinated by monsters. Unlike many of her predecessors, who saw them only as a threat to be eradicated, she believes that they are endangered creatures that must be protected. She spends her days pouring over ancient texts and maps, trying to learn everything she can about the monsters that roam the land.
But when her father, the King of Hyrule, decides it’s time to put an end to the monsters in his country, Zelda knows she must act fast. She decides to hire a bodyguard to accompany her on her investigations to prove monsters aren’t as dangerous as they seem, and her advisor suggests Link, a skilled warrior who has a reputation for being the best in the land.
As they travel through Hyrule, facing the dangers of the wild, Zelda and Link must also navigate their growing feelings for each other.

He let his paws carry him forward aimlessly, he hardly wanted to return to his 'home', being more of a prison than anything else. Most of the buildings he passed by had fallen to ruins, the remaining were home to several of the bulbin camps that scattered his surroundings. He couldn't help but wonder if there was more he could have done, if there even been a chance of success in the first place. One of the bulbins nearly stumbled into him as he walked, but he paid no mind to the monster as it spat some fowl words at him.
He was tired of regretting the past, tired of living like an animal, and tired of praying to a goddess that had abandoned him.

BCaU is an exploration in both worldbuilding and relationship-building. Mostly focused on Link and Zelda, and the development of their relationship over the course of the six years between disasters. A lot of small stories, just kind of a fun thing to work on based on my own headcanon.

In the Gerudo Desert, a boy named Ganondorf is born amongst the tribe of female warriors, who is destined to bring ruin to Hyrule, but has no wish to do so.
However that won't stop machinations that are almost two decades in the making, and a plot to destroy his people to end the demon king's threat for all generations.
Guided by a mysterious ally, Ganondorf must face these threats, for the survival of his entire people will depend on it.
