Summary
“Y’know, about this notebook-hey!” Light startles at the lack of distance and L catches a glimpse of his watch open in a way he’s never seen before with a piece of-
L sharply inhales.
And then he lunges.
Hands grabbing at Light’s wrists, L shoots out of his seat.
Or…
L discovers proof that Light is Kira, but knows that if he comes forward with it, Light will be sent to prison or killed. To prevent losing his only friend, L cheats and kidnaps Light with the intention of solving cases together. Shenanigans ensue, Light schemes, bonds form, and Matsuda loses his phone while escaping the luggage compartment of a jet plane.
