The stinging feeling in Kalluto's heart was not subsiding, and they very well felt as if it never would. There are a number of things in Kalluto's brain at this very moment, and it is all currently in this order (based on importance, obviously).
1. Their mother. What would she think? A Zoldyck having such childish feelings.
Kalluto could practically hear her (well deserved) scolding, as her youngest, the one that always remained loyal to their mother, the one that never dared to leave her side, having a crush. Pathetic. Kalluto felt pathetic.
2. Her smile. God, if feeling like this is so wrong why can they not stop thinking of her smile? Well, smirk, rather.
They barely even talked to the girl if being honest, but that smile stays lingering in their mind. Do they dare make an attempt to be friends? Well, first things first, aqquantances? No, they dare not. Mother will always be first. And mother does not want romance. At all.
