Summary
When eighteen-year-old omega Eddie Diaz overhears his parents plotting to marry him off and force him to give up the baby he’s carrying for adoption, he runs. Terrified but determined, Eddie finds refuge in Los Angeles with his Abuela, who gives him the kind of unconditional love he’s never known.
He rebuilds piece by piece, balancing night classes, his growing pregnancy, and the fragile hope that his son will have a better life. When a small kitchen fire brings the 118 barreling into his world, Eddie meets Evan Buckley, a bright, charming alpha who makes him feel safe for the first time in a long time.
What starts as friendship blossoms into something Eddie never believed he deserved: a family built on trust, healing, and love.

Summary
Eddie Diaz is twenty, exhausted, and still trying to prove he belongs at the 118. He’s never had anyone look out for him — not really — until Buck.
Evan Buckley is thirty-five, tattooed, infuriatingly gentle, and apparently decided that Eddie deserves the full princess treatment: doors held open, hands at the small of his back, pancakes in the morning, and a quiet “I’ve got you, princess” when the world gets too loud.
They’re not together. Everyone just assumes they are.
But when Buck carries him off a fire truck and straight into safety, it starts to feel a lot like falling.A slow-burn, age-gap, soft-as-sin story full of protectiveness, fidget toys, monster energy-fueled chaos, and one firefighter learning that maybe—just maybe—he deserves to be treated like something precious.

Summary
Great, he wasn’t getting through that door anytime soon. His eyes wander around the room. It’s a boring four-by-four brick-walled covered room, and the floor beneath him is cold, hard, and concrete. It’s a basic room with nothing in it, except for him and a man curled up in the corner. Wait? What? A man curled up in the corner of the room with his knees pulled tightly to his chest and his bruised, pale face staring at the wall in front of him. He barely noticed him in the corner; he was quiet, almost stoic, and had obviously been here long before he was.
Or...
Eddie is kidnapped and thrown into a room all alone until he spots another person in there with him. Maybe he's not alone, but who is the man in the corner? How long has he been here? Can they trust each other to get out of here together? Will their bond keep them close? Or will they be separated when the opportunity arises?

Summary
The woman followed her gaze only to catch Eddie staring at Buck with his jaw slack completely distracted by the way Buck’s shoulders flexed under his gear as he leaned into the kitchen.
Eddie blinked too late while yanking his eyes away with his cheeks heating.
The old woman’s eyes widened knowingly. She whispered again softer this time.
“Ohhh. Are they a couple? Because if not…”
she gasped.
“..that boy is so in love with him.”
Hen slapped a hand over her mouth with her shoulders shaking with laughter.
“What?”
Eddie frowned with his cheeks coloring.
“What’s so funny?”
“Nothing”
Hen croaked while trying not to lose it.
Buck straightened while holding up the scorched microwave tray like it was a trophy. -

Summary
“We said we’d always have each other's backs, right?” Eddie quipped.
“This isn’t exactly what I had in mind,” Buck replied through gritted teeth.
Eddie’s low chuckle reverberated through his whole body, letting Buck feel it where he held onto him. “You’ve got this, man.”
“I hate you. So much.”
Eddie smiled, knowing full well it was a lie and, perhaps, enjoying seeing Buck squirm. It took every ounce of restraint Buck had in him not to stomp of Eddie’s foot. The only thing stopping him was the fact that he needed the stupid jerk to carry them through this.
As the crowd fell quiet at the announcers voice, Buck steeled himself. The ballroom was almost eerily silent before the first notes of music burst forth from the band.
“Remember to smile,” Eddie whispered so close to Buck’s ear he could feel his breath. Maybe Buck would step on his toes after all. As the dance began, Buck let out a shuddering breath.
It was time to face the music.

The plan is for Eddie to go undercover at a ballroom dance competition to stop a string of murders. Buck hates this plan.

Today, however, Buck was 33. He was secure in his job, his family, his sense of self. And none of that included hunting, or monsters, or Sam and Dean Winchester.

Summary
“Dude, you have more boxes than you have actual furniture.” Chimney chimed unhelpfully from behind him. Mid-way through opening one of Buck’s boxes, he peeled the cardboard back and pulled out a stand mixer. The super expensive one which Buck had bought despite his bank account’s protests.
Buck turned around just then, his eyes widening. “Woah--hey man, be careful with that.” He rushed over to Chimney, gently taking it out of his hands and holding it delicately.
He checked it over for any scratches, before carrying it towards the counter and resting it there.
“Seriously, Chim. Don’t hold it like that.” He scolded.
Chimney just rolled his eyes.
