Summary
Angels and demons are sworn enemies, and hardly ever get along. There used to be a lot of wars, open hatred, and separation against each other. Though in recent years, they are slowly yet surely starting to stop hating one another.
Izuku is the angel prince of the Sunhaven Kingdom, and the rightful heir to the throne. Although, he has one small problem… his wings never fully grew. His wings are of a child's, and he never reveals that to the public. He’s so embarrassed and ashamed of them, worried what people might think of them, that there isn’t even recent photos of his face on the internet.
Katsuki is the demon prince of the Dragonspire Kingdom, and he is supposed to be the heir to the throne. His sister, who isn’t even of royal blood, takes his place. The only reason is because his family, and the royal family of the Sunhaven Kingdom, want to connect families and kingdoms through marriage. Katsuki hates that they want to. He’s always hated those pathetic, disguisting angels who think they’re too good to show themselves. They hide their wings and their faces because they are too fragile, too weak. Too pathetic.

The news had started to take a dark turn a week ago. It began with reports of a mysterious virus sweeping through cities—a fast-moving illness that caused fever, disorientation, and, in some cases, violent outbursts.
You thought about the first day you realized something was wrong—really wrong. A video on social media had gone viral: a man in a hospital gown staggering through a busy street, his head lolling unnaturally to one side. He'd grabbed a woman at random and sunk his teeth into her shoulder, blood spraying across the pavement as people screamed and ran. The video had been dismissed as a hoax at first, some 3D rendering. Maybe they were filming a movie and didn't notify the mayor or governor.
Even you had doubted it.
But now, the memory of that video made your hands shake.

Izuku Midoriya is the angel prince, he's destined to marry Toga Himiko, the demon princess. Neither of them like each other, at least, not in that way. Toga would much rather spend time with Izuku's sister, Ochako. Izuku isn't clueless. He sees the way they look at each other. Plus, he's way more interested in Toga's brother, Bakugou. Izuku swears he remembers him from somewhere... but he can't quite put his finger on it.
Bakugou Katsuki is the demon prince. Even though royal demons have the biggest wings out of all the other demons, his are severely damaged. When he was six and a half there was an incident at a park he was playing at with his sister, causing him to never be able to fly again. When he meets Izuku, he recognizes him... yet it takes him a moment to realize that he was the one who caused him his disability.

However, things aren't that terrible for him. He has his clingy, childhood friend, Katsuki Bakugo. Although, he does annoy the shit out of Mikumo, all the while being way too cute. (Mikumo blames that on witchcraft.)
And somehow, the both of them managed to get into the prestigious hero school, UA.
And thus, with the help of Mikumo's gadgets, custom weaponry, and slight obsession with guns and sour candy, he'll become the world's first quirkless Hero, or die trying.
Or he'll die from being too gay.
Either way is plausible.

When Midoriya is kidnapped by villains, he thinks it's for his Quirk. It begins as a hostage situation- he's merely one of UA's students that would land the villains a hefty ransom. But the longer Midoriya is stuck with his captors, the more he cannot ignore his past. His morals constantly tested, Midoriya just wants to make it out of this experience alive, and his faith in hero society still intact.
Shinsou Hitoshi has a villainous Quirk. But it's ok now, he is being trained by Aizawa-sensei and fighting to become a member of the Hero Course at UA.
When he hears Midoriya has been kidnapped, Shinsou doesn't know how to feel. He barely knows the guy, having only fought him at the Sport's Festival, but wishes for his safe return. Shinsou doesn't expect his past to come surging forward and land him in the middle of Midoriya's case.
With their pasts at stake, both Midoriya and Shinsou are reminded how fiercely the pieces of a shattered system can fight back.
