Summary
Two hundred years after Princess Allura sacrifices herself to heal all Universes and the Voltron Lions disappear, cracks start to appear between Realities. These rifts appear to be harmless natural phenomena at first, only lasting a few hours at most before closing again. But when people start disappearing and rumors start circling of a new Galran warlord, Keith isn’t so sure. His suspicions are confirmed by the arrival of two teenagers from another Reality in pursuit of their kidnapped friend. When the Black Lion suddenly reappears, and he and Lance are thrust into the middle of a mysterious new threat and a challenge neither thought they would face – training new Paladins.
(This fic is a sequel/next generation story where POV is split between Keith, Lance, and original next-gen character Caelia )

With the return of the original black paladin and the red paladin out of commission, the might of the war turns against the paladins of Voltron, and people begin to slip through the cracks. What allies they have made and what enemies they have brought to their knees are going to have to be enough to weaken the empire and protect them. Summary
Keith Kogane has grown up with the Blade of Marmora. Kolivan is like a father figure to him, Thace and Ulaz are like uncles to him, and he's lived with his mother his entire life. When his mother goes missing in action, he's told she's dead. Keith knows she's alive, though.
After regretfully running away from the only place he's known as home, he goes on a search for his mother. He soon finds one of his uncles after infiltrating a Galra ship, he finds himself helping a human find his way to Earth, a place he's only dreamed of.
Keith finds himself traveling across the galaxy making a name for himself, all while trying to keep the secret of his Galra heritage a secret, playing as another victim of the Galra Empire and trying to fit in with the other humans, because these humans may be his only hope of finding his mother.

Lance blurted out, if only to get Keith’s eyes off of this guy. Keith startled and glanced at Lance, though not in the eyes and looked between Pidge and Matt, though also deliberately avoided her eyes too.
'KEITH, DID YOU FUCK MY BROTHER?'"A confusion about their ages leads to a discussion of Keith's one-night-stands... including his one with Matt. Pidge is not happy, but Lance can't get his mind off of it. Keith has to navigate his love for a post-Allura-death Lance who is know hellbent on finding out how Keith is in bed.

The team never thought much about how much younger Pidge was than them. She easily blew them out the water when it came to intelligence and showed plenty of times she can hold her own. Hell lately she was taking more beatings than any of them and that was exactly the problem.
It didn't take much for the team to notice how often the smaller paladin was targeted. it was apparently very obvious to all of their enemies that the team all shared a soft spot for her and naturally tried to protect her. She's been used as a human shield more times than she can count much to her annoyance. Not that it ever ended well for her captor. she was often quick to put them on her ass herself or one of the others would do it for her. The point is besides the stray blast to the arm or getting tossed in a one on one Pidge never took that big of hits. But that was quickly changing.

Summary
Lance McClain didn't exist. At least not truly, he was just a mask. A character Lance created for solo missions from the Blade of Marmora.
He hadn't expected to run into one of his past teachers on said mission, nor get trapped in a tiny, single person pod hurtling through space headed for a strange planet untouched by the Galran interlopers with another species. He especially didn't expect to be taken as another 'human' prisoner by the bulky man in the pod with him. But Lance was a planner, since birth - strategizing had been instilled in him by his older sister and uncle, then it was honed by the Blade of Marmora - so he rolled with it.
He didn't know what would happen after they crashed, but it was certainly not being manhandled to the ground and then strapped to a table. He really didn't expect a pale boy with purple eyes and a strange haircut to bust in.

This is all the Langst and Klance (and Veronica/Acxa) and blatant sidestepping of Allurance we all deserve. After they get together slow burn style the final chapters will be starring their established relationship!

Lance is willing to do a lot for Keith. Such things like kiss him when he is feeling unwell, live in space with him, or help brush a rats nest out of his mane of hair. And of course, one of those important things Lance is willing to help Keith with, is being there for his lover during Keith's Galran induced ruts.
Of course, what Lance hadn't expected was to become pregnant because of said rut.
Now Lance is in a predicament. Right before Lance could drop that big bomb on their relationship, Keith has run off on a rescue mission, leaving the secret trapped in Lance's throat. Which means Lance now has to make a choice between going on the important mission he had been drafted for before learning he was pregnant, or choosing to try and find a replacement for himself last minute.

Lance stands in the middle of the ballroom, staring up at the skylight, at the stained glass arranged in a dizzyingly beautiful pattern. The walls are encrusted with gold and jewels and all sorts of gaudy decor, because Lance stands in the most expensive manor in the known universe, Veli Atarang.
"What are you doing?!" A voice yells, familiar, as the owner of said voice grabs his hand. He recognises it's Lotor, hands soft and brash. He absentmindedly wishes it was Keith. Regardless, he doesn't move an inch. Lance is enraptured. A moth to a flame.
Literally.
The ballroom is on fire.

The new old Black Paladin has ulterior motives that no one else seems to see, the runaway Galran prince isn't as bad as he seems, and Keith is somewhere. Slowly, Lance begins to realise that maybe it was a good thing he made all those friends across the universe.
