Summary
The Kranng are a funny creatures. Creating a transdimensional device is nothing but an ordinary Tuesday for them. But for most other creatures, this sort of creation is very out of the ordinary.
Raphael is such a creature. Because after falling into one, he doesn't know where he is and he doesn't know if he'll be able to get back. He wants to go back to his brothers. But he can't.
And all he has is this twisted, broken version of his family to show for it.

After a mission gone wrong 2012 Raphael lands, injured and alone, in the 2007 universe. Their Leo is still away in the jungles of Peru and the death of Raphael's Father is still a fresh memory in his mind. Both parties are grieving and both intend to keep those griefs a secret.

Summary

No matter the injuries, Raphael knew it was his words and attitude that hurt his brothers the most. Why did it seem like everyone else had their shit together but him? Now, word on the street was a new, dangerous mutant gang was on the rise. Something the likes of which he and his brothers had never seen before. When he stumbles upon their ferocious leader one fateful night, it seems like chance. The more he begins to uncover of her, the more he finally feels alive. Free. She didn’t falter, though the sheer intensity of his gaze pinned her in place, pulling her violently back into sharp, unforgiving clarity. Those ember-like eyes, bloodshot and dark, glared up at her with something raw. Fury, hatred, calculation, maybe all three.
The demand was no surprise. Tav had known it would come. Would have been more of a surprise if it hadn’t.
So her answer was immediate, sharp and final.
“No.”His expression shifted, a flicker of true, biting irritation breaking through. His lips curled in a familiar sneer, and though battered and broken, the infernal arrogance slid back into place like a mask he refused to let slip for long.
“Then there won’t be a signature of mine, I’m afraid,” Raphael stated coldly, the remnants of his battered pride clinging to those words like a drowning man to driftwood.
Tav almost laughed, the sheer absurdity of it. As if he still held the bargaining chip.
A sharp, humorless snicker slipped past her lips.
“Then I’ll strike you down, I’m afraid.
Again.”That landed.
