They were so close to putting an end to the tyranny of Clu. The Uprising would soon reach its goal of a free system. Dyson had been defeated but it seemed too easy. Too easy to the point where Beck and Tron got separated. Clu knew that they would infiltrate his beloved Throne Ship and boy did he have plans for both of the intruding programs. There was that old Occupation saying that to serve Clu was a privilege.

They had a successful ambush mission in the middle of a storm. Beck started to notice that Tron continuously rested his hand on his arm, hissing in pain. Beck was starting to get concerned, but each time he approached Tron, his mentor shoved him away. Something seemed a bit off with Tron and Beck swore he saw a pinch of red circuitry flickering on his arm.

Their numbers grew so drastically after the coup. Many programs see the Sentries as the watch dogs of the Grid, patrolling the streets to ensure there is no rebellious activity. The Archives picked up some pretty horrid information about Clu's massive infantry and a program should be lucky to be sentenced to the Games rather than the other option.

There was no miracle for Sam Flynn. Nobody to save him from his brutal loss on the lightcycle grid. Clu planned to get rid of the User entirely to get Flynn's attention but there is a more twisted alternative that can easily get Clu the Creator's disc and Sam was that piece on the chessboard that can lead to victory. A dark, alternate version of what happens after Sam's loss at the end of the lightcycle grid.
