Riddick was looking to escape, he was being taken back to prison by William Johns, on a passenger ship traveling a ghost-lane.
He didn't expect to be transported back in time or even to a parallel universe.
He didn't expect to meet a woman with survival skills that almost match his own.Freya was returning to an abandoned property she grew up on. Looking for escape, looking for a reset, looking for purpose.
She didn't expect to be stalked on the way there. She didn't expect to tackle said stalker and come face to face with her favorite movie character, and she definitely didn't expect to hunt and basically survive with him.
