Caitlyn was quiet for a moment, and pinkened considerably before: “I could.. take you out on an… outing?”
Now Vi had a matching flush creeping up her neck and she looked perplexed. “You could do what?”
Caitlyn straightened and raised her chin, just like her mother always told her to. “I could take you on a date- of sorts. I could take you to my favorite bakery, so you could try the pastries?”
Her voice died down with every word, but Vi heard them all loud and clear. She tried her best to smirk like she had seen some of the older boys do around the pretty girls, and delighted in the way Caitlyn’s eyes flickered to her lips. “I’ve always wanted to try fancy topside food. Who better to show me around than a Piltie princess?”
The words had their desired effect and Caitlyn flushed a pretty pink.

However, she is presented with a timely opportunity to get close enough to Cassandra through the Piltover Symphony Orchestra for which Cassandra is on the Board of Directors. In the meantime, Cassandra's daughter, Caitlyn Kiramman, has been drifting through life in general ennui after Cassandra forbade Grayson from enlisting her into the Enforcers when she returned from her service with the Ionian Military. The only thing that has given her any purpose is her violin and her role as the Kiramman Group's Head of Product Development and Testing. But when Vi enters the picture, her boring, predictable life becomes anything but.
