  Summary

  Like how it can take away things, the Spectre can grant things to the people in its realm. And it's getting bored of the regular screaming and crying and general torture of its victims.

  Sure, maybe giving them cellphones was completely counterproductive towards why it damned these people in the first place. But the potential was just too good (and funny) to pass up.
