“Jesus, you're burning up,” Simon stated, slight worry in his voice, “I'll get you a cold towel and some medicine.” So he wheeled himself away as David lay sprawled out in his bed, lethargic and groggy with having woken up ill. His skin had a thin layer of sweat coating his entire body, making his clothes stick to the more uncomfortable places on his body.
Simon returned with the damp towel and pills in his lap before returning to his boyfriend’s side, he gently brought the fabric to David’s forehead to help cool him down.
