Post Penacony update when no one knew what happened to Aventurine after his boss fight. We begin in the place between worlds, watching time reverse. I played around with the idea, "what would've happened had the time bomb Sunday used on Aventurine to find Robin never went off?" And so, he returned to the real world where he moved into Ratio's apartment, living with the strict professor who can barely tolerate him coexisting as a couch potato instead of reading books. Everything is fine until it's suddenly not. The boiling pot of water spills over between them and Aventurine finds himself back in Penacony under Sunday's watchful gaze, forced to learn the truth behind Robin's death if he ever wants to leave Penacony alive again.
