Summary
This AU is one of, if not, THE first of it's kind with a new genre I may have more may have not created, "Sonicborne." It is the AU that tries to explore the boundaries between Sonic and the Soulsborne games. I have played a lot of Dark Souls III and Elden Ring, and a little bit of Sonic, but I always wondered. "Why isn't there an AU that combines two different genres into a boiling-pot of good storytelling?" That's why we're here today!
This AU is still a WIP, so expect some things to change!
This AU also took me blood, sweat, tears, and dedication to try and complete. So feel free to support the AU as the story evolves!
And FINALLY... one more thing. This AU is a fusion of Dark Souls III and Sonic... That's all! Phew!

Summary
One by one, Sonic the Hedgehog, Shadow the Hedgehog and Silver the Hedgehog all go missing after they each have a dangerous encounter with the evil Flame the Hedgehog. When none of them return back to the mansion where they live with Shade the Hedgehog, Shade rounds up two of her closest family members, Storm the Hedgehog and Cyclone the Hedgewolf, and sets out with them to the city to look for her three missing hedgehog friends. But after having her own encounter with Flame on the rooftops of Summer View City, Shade learns that her friends have all been taken captive by her arch nemesis, Flame. Determined to get the three of them safely back home, Shade, with the help of Storm and Cyclone, make a plan to infiltrate Flame's base and rescue Sonic, Shadow and Silver. But what risks will Shade have to take and what sacrifices will Storm and Cyclone have to make before everybody can be safely reunited again?

Summary
Silver the Hedgehog has been fighting against the apocalypse for seven long years. Finally, he and the remaining mortals initiate Operation Argus to save as many lives as possible. Silver is the only one left behind to destroy everything that remains. But his success is short-lived when the darkness of the east—Mephiles—forces Silver to turn back time.
Back at eight years old before the apocalypse began, Silver endeavors to stop it from ever occurring in the first place. His first step is to kill Emperor Shadow of the Doom Empire, the one who unleashed Mephiles in the first place. Shadow the Hedgehog is an explosive, hyper-stylized action-adventure series following the universe-shaking exploits of Team Dark, a volatile team whose teamwork is questionable, motives are dubious, and combat abilities are absolutely unmatched.
Though marketed as a prologue, Season 1 is actually a full-blown adaptation of Sonic Adventure. It sets up the world, the Badnik threat, and the cosmic stakes, but there’s 1 thing it doesn’t set up:
Shadow.
He’s nowhere to be found, and that’s intentional. His absence becomes a running meta-joke among fans, since the show named after him doesn’t feature him for an entire season. The writers play it straight, though, treating Season 1 as the “foundation” for the real story.
But treat it as “filler.”
You can just skip straight to Season 2, where the Shadow-centric chaos actually begins.
Shadow the Hedgehog, brooding, unstoppable, and armed with a Skill that lets him weaponize raw chaos, begrudgingly teams up with femme-fatale bruiser Rouge the Bat and their temporary “boss,” Dr. Eggman, forming the 1st version of Team Dark. Their original mission: help Eggman conquer the world.
Their actual mission: beat up anything that moves with maximum visual spectacle.Series

“....Sonic?” The hedgehog in question blinks as he remembers where he is. He looks to Knuckles, who has very conveniently gotten very quiet. A ping comes in on Knuckle’s communicator, and Sonic glances down at it for a moment before making eye contact with an increasingly uncomfortable echidna.
