He remembered that Hyunjin crying in the bathroom after he’d read the backlash from their ‘fans’ for his new haircut near Maxident. He recalled sitting next to the younger on the bathroom floor and just existing until he was ready to talk again.
After the new haircut, Minho remembered feeling that same protective drive again, the one which was ready to defend Hyunjin against anyone who wanted to speak ill of him, but to his surprise, the haircut had seemed to be like some acceptance to Hyunjin, he seemed to care less about external opinions and the members only showered him in love.
Without thinking much, Minho approached Hyunjin and brought his hand to the younger man’s hair—and then ran his fingers through them. “Your hair’s still damp, let hyung dry them for you.”
