Summary
Just close your eyes.
The sun is going down.
You'll be alright.
No one can hurt you now.
Come morning light, you and I'll be safe and sound.
TW. THERE IS MENTION OF SUICIDE IN THIS.
This is set in the same timeline, centuries after my ongoing WIP fic, What Could Hurt Worse Than a Severed Head? A Broken Heart.
This is my first time writing Stephanie so I hope I do well with this 😭

Спроба прогнати надокучливих дітлахів цього разу принесла йому щось несподівано приємне.

Summary
The plants were growing nicely.
Unlike what some people thought, Robbie was actually good at keeping plants alive – he just preferred his machines. A fae was always a fae, even if they chose to apply their skills to something else. It helped that the cuttings Elisabet had given him were in good shape, roots formed and stable before she had ever handed them off to him, but his care had gotten them growing in their new homes.
In a week or two, he could start trimming leaves off to brew something that would help clear up the memories of Mayor Meanswell and Miss Busybody.

Summary
A horrible step-by-step guide on how to date the father of two of your elementary school students by Mr. Sportacus.
An even worse show of denial and obliviousness by Robbie Rotten. Who once had a rather messy divorce, but ultimatle came out on top.
An amazing and clever plan set up by Stephanie Rotten and her sister Rotenella Rotten.
Some other kids and a pair of babysitters are also involved.
Oh and the school's principal and vice-principal made a bet. -

Summary
The Falling, a time that magic lies dormant, has never been good for Robbie. His half-human nature leaves him weak and sickly, but it wasn't too bad until now. This is the first Falling since Sportacus arrived in town, and Robbie is sure that a repeat of Nine's actions is sure to come.
Meanwhile, Sportacus is just worried about how unhealthy Robbie is becoming, and wonders why the villain keeps mentioning Number Nine...

Summary
Ronan is a teen boy, or wants to be at least, he was born a girl and actually isn't even human, he was supposed to be in the sea, swimming around as a seal, but now here he is, being taken to a strange little town, in the middle of a big empty field, his grandpa and uncle aren't mean enough to take away his seal pelt, I mean they are selkies too, just that they had their seal skin token and never got it back, they do warn him to hide it and to not let anyone see or find it, and to not misplace it.
Ronan is left nearly alone for days and weeks at a time, especially now since they have to drive for a long long time to get to work, but the bills get payed and they have money for food, it won't be too bad, as long as they too can learn to ignore the longing and want of the green salty foamy waters and the sound if the sea song.

Summary
He had put the ball in Robbie’s court, now.
Almost literally, actually. According to fae custom, the fae being courted had a fortnight to respond to the first courting gift. Supposedly, a gift response might come in the form of something to protect the one courting. If it weren’t a gift response, the books said, it would be a verbal response. Sportacus sighed, setting his research aside as he moved to stretch, watching the time wind down until bedtime. There was so much to do, so much to prepare for.
Robbie hadn’t said no, so that was a start.
~
He woke up to an alarm sounding.
Groggy for a moment, Sportacus stumbled out of bed and to the console, flipping a few switches until he could figure out what was happening.
He was being hailed.

Summary
He moved without even needing to think about it. Trixie was outgrowing her favorite pants again, a quick spell to add fabric and blend in the edges so she could keep them.
Pixel was having nightmares again, sleeping on his odd schedule. Robbie reached out a hand and touched the edges of his dreams, calming them. That was so rare for him, these days. Pixel usually had the happiest dreams out of all of them, creating games and spinning ideas as he slept. Nothing like the nightmares of before, of back then, of the time when Robbie had suddenly needed to become a father.
There was always something so…Graceful. Pleasant. Elegant. About using his magic, about the way he used it, and how it fell. How he could correct things and protect his children.

Summary
“I have a gift for Robbie,” he smiled, holding the bag up. “I would normally be running, but I did not want to damage anything in here.”
“Oh, a gift?” Trixie popped up next to Stephanie, her pigtails bouncing from her sudden arrival, how fast she’d moved. “What’cha get for him?”
“Trixie,” Stephanie gave her a look, a soft frown. “If he doesn’t want to tell us, he doesn’t have to.”

Summary
He could smell the terror in the air as he ran around the town, calling out the names of the townsfolk he had become friendly with.
With his lungs clenching up, and his chest heaving, Robbie looked around. The sky was growing dark and no one was answering him – the Mayor and Bessie were in his lair, recovering from whatever had been done to them, but he had no idea where any of the others townsfolk were. None of them were answering him, none of them were awake or aware enough to answer him.
A cry split the air, from off to his right, and he turned on the ball of his foot, sprinting in the direction of it.

Summary
Sportacus.
An elf, someone he should have potentially been afraid of. Someone he had spent quite some time trying to run out of town. A Numbered hero, he who should have reported Robbie for claiming a cluster of children like he had, if he hadn’t already done so.
But there had been no other heroes knocking down his door.
No invaders in his territory.
No screams of fae-claimed children who were being pulled out of the territory and sent elsewhere. Away from each other. There would be a time for separation but in childhood was not that time.
Childhood was meant for fostering friendships and siblings, meant for being safe and happy and having fun.

Summary
This was a fae nest.
It had been a little difficult coming to terms with that, but he thought he was doing pretty well with the whole thing. Robbie was a fae, the children were fae-adopted. The rest of the adults had gone somewhere, had disappeared or left or been gotten rid of by someone, and that someone was not Robbie. The children were being taught, by example, how to function as fae.
(Robbie is Sunshine and Sportacus just wants to bask.)
