Geralt swallows hard, his gaze sliding to Yennefer, trying to escape. But the same earnest look waits for him there, unflinching.

The Black Hand of the South reached its fingers across the kingdoms, grasping, pulling, tearing. And for a decade, the Witcher did not care, face still unmoving at the horror in front of it.
