He’d come over because apparently some asshole imp guy crawled through Chris’ house and smashed a window, which meant Adrian needed to come and help clean, which meant trying not to let on that he’d planned to spend the day locked in his bedroom rewatching his favorite DVDs (Mulan 2, Cars, Happy Feet) and getting some quality cuddle time in with his favorite stuffed animals that feel more like carpeting than velvet. It should’ve been easy, because Adrian knew how to wear a mask and get on with things, but Chris was definitely not making it easy.
