The music seemed to become louder by the second and even if he wasn’t the nervous wreck he’d once been in his teenage years, the blond still preferred not to be in overly crowded spaces with way too much noise.
‘Fuck it’, he thought and downed the rest of his drink. It was clear that neither Claire nor Julie would be coming back, at least not anytime soon and as much as he wanted to be mad at them for ditching him, it really was the first time either of them did something like this.
Plus, they could make it up to him another day, the freckled man thought as he pulled out his wallet to pay for both his and Claire’s drink before an unfamiliar voice stopped him in his tracks.
“Hey.” Chuck jumped slightly in his seat and turned to look at the source of the voice.
To his side, a tall, tan man, with brown hair, wearing an orange and black jacket stood, half leaning against the bar while his other hand rested in his pocket.

This is my personal attempt at a "season two" of one of my favorite shows (while still keeping high hopes Titmouse gets the property rights and licensing from Disney/Disney XD). As a fanfic, it's more of a novelization than a screen play/script. However, I hope to make it entertaining and enjoyable, and do my best to tell a fun story.
