Summary
It was over in a matter of days. Everything that Vi had known, burnt to ash in the fireplace that had been her home. Blood and bright blue intermixed in her memory until she was no longer sure what was real and what she had fabricated from her own fevered delusions.
The man before her, she does not recognize, but he offers a way out. A chance, at something better than a cell. Better than being branded a criminal by Piltover.
Her family is dead. So what if it takes her a little longer to join them?
