Summary
When Tommy gets abducted by a bunch of freaky alien things, his whole life changes. He has to adjust to living on a spacecraft with creatures who don't know or understand him. He also learns what it's like to have a caring family in the meantime. Space shenanigans ensue.

Summary
Techno is a rabbit hybrid who hasn't had the best of luck with foster families. (Mostly due to their lack of respect for Techno's boundaries). After an incident with a foster home, his social worker finds a family who are purely hybrids.
Techno is immediately hit with a sense of safety and home the moment he lays eyes on the house and decides that he wants to stay. :)

He finally let out the breath that had been stuck in his chest, letting it flow out of his mouth with a quiet exhale of air. It didn’t seem to disturb anything, as everything stayed perfectly calm in his wake. That didn’t do anything to calm down his racing thoughts, though. He felt like he could feel everything, in a way that he wasn’t able to before (even if he couldn’t remember a before, did it ever exist?). He blinked slowly, raising a pale hand to stare at. It was pale. He was pale, alarmingly pale, and his hand was unblemished, not tainted by any scars, scabs, or bruises. That was one of the first signs that Wilbur noticed that something was inherently wrong. In a way that he couldn’t describe.
or: Wilbur wakes up in the middle of a forest one day, only remembering his name and nothing else. The only things he comes to figure out is that he probably isn’t human anymore, and that he has a ravaging thirst for human blood.
Oh, and he has episodes where he sees flashes of random events that he has no recollection of ever happening to him, weird, right?
aka vampire wilbur centric au where he slowly figures out his past and finds his family again along the way, albeit with some.. minor problems.

A body, feeling too small, forced itself further into the corner. Hardened brick bit into the spine, shadows hiding the form from the furious sun. A pain bit at the eyes, the red iris muted by watery pain. They looked away from the public, afraid to meet the pitiful gaze. They didn’t need this.
They didn’t need to see how pathetic he was.

Everything was wrong. The nest was crudely made with no overhang to protect from the elements. There was no sound of birds, no insects crawling on the wood, no wind. The trees were disturbingly still. There was a wall beyond the foliage, painted to look like a forest.
Kristin was gone.
"-and this is our newest exhibit! This elytrian family is missing its matriarch, but we managed to rescue the father and chick." The voice was chipper and kind.
"Well. Where are they?" another voice demanded impatiently.
"Patience, gentlemen, patience." It was the man from earlier, the one with icy blue eyes and an ugly sneer. Phil wouldn't soon forget that creature's voice. "They should be waking up any moment now."

Summary
It had been exactly 3 months since Techno had arrived at the Watson household, and he’d say he was doing pretty well.
No incidents as of yet, other than the school garden prospering, and he’d been going to school for just over 2 months. He had yet to get anyone sent to the hospital with rose thorns lodged in their palm, so that was a big plus. And, as far as he could tell, none of his fa- none of the people he was staying with suspected anything yet.
Techno knew he had to get out soon though. His palms ached with a need to grow something, his head pounded day in and out, plagued with excruciating pain which so far he’d blamed on an ongoing migraine. He knew the lie could only hold up so long, but there was never a good opportunity.
It was an important day today, the third visit from his caseworker in his time staying here. It was as anxiety-inducing as ever. Sure, Phil hadn’t thrown him back into the system either of the last visits, but he never knew what could be just around the corner. This concern was only enhanced by his already unstable powers, and now he'd forgotten his headphones.
But he could keep everything under control, right?

The tension in the room was palpable, Techno glaring daggers at their father. Staring intently at his meal, Wilbur flicked occasional looks upwards. Tommy seemed… Not surprised, but almost heartbroken. His voice when he next spoke was so small it almost made Wilbur flinch.

Tommy raises his head and face ahead of him, but Dream was out of sight. He quickly turns his head around as he looks for his opponent’s location. Without realizing it, a cold blade thrusts through his stomach from behind him.
Tears begin to flow from his eyes as he stares into the dull blue sky and feels nothing but the numbing pain on his stomach and the rust iron taste lingering in his mouth.
“Everyone who cared about you will forget who you are and they won’t even remember that you exist. Only those who are neutral and who bare hatred towards you will be the left in this multiverse to remember you. Of course, your alternate selves aren’t affected, though. Only you.” Dream cackles as he raises both arms in mid-air, as if to carry the setting sun on his shoulders from behind him.
Tommy grabs his blonde hair with both hands to try and ground him as painful memories began to flood his mind all at once. He doesn’t want to go back to that terrible life again. He’d rather die than try to survive that hellscape over and over.
