Marcy finally left the valley to see the whole of Amphibia! Though, things could be going better... Her oldest friend and first love had discovered Marcy's betrayal. Her second oldest friend almost certainly hated Marcy after their confrontation. Finally her new family was wanted for treason. Still! Nothing she couldn't fix. Probably.
This the Second Season of my Swap AU fic that started with A Witch in Wartwood. This is a Swap Start AU where the Calamity Trio all end up in each other's locations. Marcy Ends up in Wartwood, Sasha in Newtopia, and Anne near Toad Tower. If you haven't read the first season yet, this is probably not going to make a whole lot of sense.

Summary
Once Anne dies and is brought to the afterlife by The Guardian, she learns she can never leave the garden again. Feeling bad for her, The Guardian presents her with a choice.
Stay in her peaceful limbo and rest, or watch over Sasha and Marcy. She chooses the second one.
But Marcy refers to herself in the plural and won't answer to her name. Sasha has become so protective of her that she won't sleep and the only way Anne can help is to visit the dreams that Sasha refuses to have, and Marcy wakes up screaming from.

Sprig tugs his way free of Marcy’s grasp, sits on the forest floor with a groan. His body aches, but he doesn’t feel majorly injured, and now that he’s here and staring at Marcy, he remembers a little bit more. Marcy, catching him seconds before he hit the ground. Marcy whispering reassurances into his ear as he cried, promising him that she’d fix things.
Joe Sparrow, getting hit with a laser beam.
Crashing.
“Marcy,” Sprig says, quietly. Then, louder, “Marcy?”
She doesn’t respond.

or: Marcy saves Sprig, but before they make it back to the palace, Joe Sparrow is hit, sending them falling back down, stranded on the forest floor. Now, they have to make it back to Newtopia, where a grieving Anne and scheming Sasha await them.
