The International Commission of Earth sends Technoblade on a mission to mars to check out some possible illegal activates to per say "stop at all costs". He discovers that the universe isn't as empty as he had hoped it would be and now he has to learn all of it alone, or so he thought.
or: Special operations infiltrator Technoblade gets yoinked into an adventure he did not at all ask for, thank you. he gets friends and family he never thought he'd ever deserved but here he is: bamboozled.

Tommy felt like he couldn’t breathe as panic clawed at his ribcage and sunk itself deep into his heart. Surely Dream was kidding? Surely Dream would wheeze out a laugh and jokingly berade Tommy for how scared he looked, say that it was just a joke. “You’re going to TheFirstEmpire. You’re going to become one of Philza’s humans,”
It felt like his whole world had been flipped upside down and mercilessly shook.
Every part of him wanted to believe Dream was lying.. He wanted to beg, plead, get down on his knees and cry for Dream to do something because Tommy didn’t want to leave!He didn’t want to be some dumb peace offering to another coven! He didn’t want to leave Dream, even as mean and cruel as he could be.

George felt his blood run cold. “2025?” He said in shock, more to himself than anyone else. They couldn’t possibly mean the year.
It was 1805. 2025 was still over two hundred years away.

Skeppy nearly threw up when he saw the cell that had the demon. It was the description of heavy gore you'd see on those 2017 4chan forums.
The cell's spotlight was a crucifix, bloodied in all ways possible. Leather straps all around it and as if it weren't enough with crucifixing a literal demon, the metal chains (which no doubt had to be causing the most uncomfortable feeling known to man) circling the demon's wings binding them tightly together (Not to mention the fact that he's slightly worried that the blood flow might be cut off-) were the butt of the joke.
He already knew which one he "wanted", and nobody was going to stop him right now.

Summary
Tommy knows what it’s like to not belong - the world has made sure of that. Still, nothing could have prepared him for the day he woke up in a strange city, where all the people he knew had forgotten his name. Tommy is faced with a choice: adapt, or drown.
What makes things harder is his family - half of whom are supposed to hate him, the other half, dead. Except they’re not anymore, and they seem to actually care about him. Naturally, Tommy doesn’t know what to do with himself.
The only thing he knows for certain is that there's something seriously wrong with this city (and he doesn’t mean the fact that it vaguely resembles his home). The system is completely rigged, and while it might be tempting, Tommy can’t just stand by and watch the civilians suffer.
So, unlike the supposed ‘heroes’, Tommy decides to do something about it. This is his city now, and he decides that things are going to change.
That, or he’ll burn it to the ground.
