To be born again, start over, true free will, no longer Chuck's puppets. They could live a real life, go to prom, graduate, buy a house, anything they wanted.
But what about the risks? Reincarnation meant they wouldn't remember each other on earth. And Sam? Charlie? Claire? Their entire family was here, in heaven. Is it stupid, foolish even, to start a new life? Of course. But that wasn't going to stop them.
