At the same time, a power surge emitted from a secret lab created Gerald Robotnik which held none other than his own granddaughter who had been transformed with no recollection of her past life, now used as a weapon to terminate Sonic the hedgehog and later, Shadow too. -

The magic sorcerers use is different than the common Talents most have, and it twists them almost beyond recognition if not respected. A sorcerer showing up would be bad news for everybody.
Luckily nothing has turned up so far in their investigations. At least he gets a horse out of it, right?
