Three weeks ago, demon Dean escaped the bunker after Sam’s cure of purified blood failed. With no way to kill Dean, Sam and Cas’s only hope is to find another way to turn him human before the Mark’s bloodlust consumes humanity.
Cas sets a trap for Dean and tries to convince him to come home, but Dean manipulates him into sex and drinks his Grace. As a result, Cas suffers from a fever and Dean starts splitting in half, part human and part demon. Dean fights his darkness and Cas struggles with how far he’ll go for love, how far he’ll go for a monster who’s no monster to him.
