A freshly anointed High-Priestess of Lolth has a crisis of faith after getting visions from a different divine entity. She dismisses them while keep on doing the usual cutthroat scheming and deceiving to gain fame and power for herself and of course, bring glory to her House. Her faith is tested and finds lacking though, so she willingly takes on a journey to the surface world, officially on a suicide mission but in reality to establish a new home and to follow a different god.
A novel of sort based loosely on a long-term RPG campaign I ran (and it’s still ongoing). It may contain disturbing themes, and not very canon-compliant (I use custom made places for example, instead of already existing ones), but I tried to fit it into the pre-built world of the Forgotten Realms as much as I could.

Determined to follow the raiders and free the townspeople they kidnapped, they meet Drizzt Do'Urden and learn that the raiders were actually looking for him. Feeling guilty of circumstantially harming the villagers, Drizzt joins the "Sisters of the Red Moon", and guides them into the Underdark, and unsuspectingly, into his mother's trap. They find an unlikely ally from among the ranks of House Do'Urden, but what price will they have to pay for his loyalty?
Disclaimer: the basic idea of this fic is not mine, it was taken and used with a hefty dose of artistic license from the ancient (I'm talking about "published in 1994" ancient) videogame titled "Menzoberranzan". All rights go to their respective owners, I'm just playing here and snatching "insignifcant and mediocre" side characters. :)

There in her red and white dress her mama saved up so much to make for her now gonna go to waste as she entered a game she had no chance of surviving or winning.With a mentor who was secretly convinced posy wouldn’t last, and a hallow stylist who oddly enough loved her. That didn’t overshadow the secrets of what would happen in the arena. The fear of what would happen so all they could do was hope and pray.
