They haven’t redone the seats since the last time he came here, way back when he was fourteen, which, of course, in Kageyama’s mind means that the whole place is a shithole and that Hinata is going to die.
Hinata gets injured after a fall on the gym bleachers, which gravely damages his neck. It leaves him unable to speak or breathe normally.

V notices the way he walks, not like he owns the place but like it’s still standing by his grace. She notices the scowl on his face, the way it twists his lips.
