There needed to be some way to cover up the shady actions of Park Planet. Especially when the main mascots are targets of violence. So how do the surgeons and the owner make sure these actions are hidden?
By changing the narrative.
[Probably major alternate universe, a 'what if Park Planet uses science to change what people see while they're at the park' situation.
