Summary
Louis had always been used to sleeping in a puppy pile back home. It was something that just happened, with all of his siblings being omegas, they just ended up in a giant nest all together, and Louis loved to cuddle in the warmth, and breathe in the familiar scent of home. He hadn’t thought much about it when, after graduating from the local uni, he got a job offer in Brighton and had to leave the family den.
Or, Louis is insomniac. Follow him in his quest to fall asleep.

“Yeah, sounds good,” Harry says, closing his laptop and setting it on Louis’ desk. “It’s just Harry, though.”
“You look like a Harold,” Louis says, standing up and brushing some brownie crumbs off his t-shirt. Harry briefly wonders how he’s still hungry for lunch after demolishing half the plate of brownies as he stands and moves into the hallway. “It’s the cardigan, I think.”
“You guys can flirt on the way,” Niall says over his shoulder, beckoning for them to follow him as he strides down the row of cubicles. “Come on, I’m starving.”
Harry looks at Louis, but he just laughs as they follow Niall. Oh. He thought he’d been picking up a vibe while they hung out, but apparently not. Well, it’s better to know how Louis feels now, so he can nip his growing crush in the bud. Louis is a great guy, at least they can be friends as well as coworkers.
In which Harry courts Louis. Entirely by accident.

Harry’s hand sweeps calming strokes up and down his side, wide and warm. His thumb bumped over the ridges of his ribs.
“Whatever you need, Louis.” Harry assured. Louis knows with morbid certainty that he’d wanted to say Omega, and it sends shivers sparking down his spine.
He shut his eyes against Harry’s skin and suffocated the sigh building in his chest.Or, the one where Harry bursts in on Louis in heat and things only get more complicated from there.

It shows up a week later. His phone dings with a text from his roommate, Harry, a photo attached to the message. It’s Harry and a package, the contents displayed clearly on the front of the box. Tears are rolling down Harry’s cheeks to match the excessive emojis he sent with the selfie.
Did someone prank you???
Louis’ face immediately goes as pink as the cage on the box in Harry’s huge hand, his stomach dropping into his ass. Fuck.
