  Summary

  It wasn’t supposed to happen.

  Lynx shouldn’t be wielding shadows because… He just shouldn’t. Xaden was the shadow wielder—their generation’s shadow wielder.

  When I read about Lynx's signet manifesting I was very sad for what that meant for Xaden, I mean his last hope to not turn crumbled right in front of him. But at the same time i saw the hate that Lynx got and honestly I just felt bad for both. I mean Lynx manifested an extremely rare signet, which he knows he shouldn't have and then panicked and got dragged out and into getting examined. I think that the few snippets we've got of Lynx before this scene made me a bit attached to this poor baby and I felt bad that he just got the biggest target on his back right now.
