Summary
Midoriya Izuku was alive before the birth of quirks. Stuck in a testing facility by a sadistic A.I., Glados, he is forced to go through test after test in the Aperture Science chambers forever.
That is, until a rescue operation takes place to infiltrate the building, and now Midoriya must re-enter a society he didn't belong to with changes to his body he never wanted.
Or
Midoriya is a test subject in the years after Portal 2, where he undergoes human experimentation at the hands of Glados.
You don't need to have played/watched Portal to understand this, almost all Portal lore is explained.

Summary
The sky was a dark blue adorned with a myriad of shiny stars, some shined brighter than others and some twinkled with grace to any creature that was watching the sky at that hour. It was late and every diurnal creature was already sleeping, recharging their energy to tomorrow.
In the air the scent of delicious berries and sweet fruits was being brought by the soft breezes that gently stroked his fur from time to time when they were more stronger. The scent of the foods provided by the forest wasn’t the only thing the winds, it also brought the smell of other creatures that had happened to pass nearby his parents’ territory.
A snout and green shining eyes were peeking out from the den’s entrance, mesmerized by the sky and looking at it with some sort of awe and amazement. He knew that there were a lot of stars in the sky but he never had stopped before and looked at it properly, he was often having fun and playing with other tanuki pups.
“Izuku, what are you doing sweetie?”, a gentle yet tired voice came from behind him.
“I’m looking at the stars! They’re so pretty!”, said the young raccoon dog with excitement to his sleepy mother.[Indefinite hiatus]
