While Dream’s in LA, George has the worst night of his life. He tries to pick up the pieces on his own but doesn’t know if he can do it. He doesn’t know if he’ll ever be himself again.
When he looks in the mirror, a shell of who he used to be stares back at him and he wonders if he’ll get through this.
The only thing that gets him through is Dream.
Dream’s the golden lining that holds him together.

Summary
Sapnap is in his apartment, lying against the sheets he bought himself, on a mattress that’s too hard, cushioned by pillows that are too flat.
He’s in nothing but his boxers, ripped jeans and button up shirt discarded in the scramble of lips and teeth and impatient fingers.
He’s staring up at Dream, face flushed and hair-spattered chest rising and falling at half the speed of his own. His thick lashes and flushed lips could almost convince Dream he isn’t drowning, that Sapnap’s doe eyes aren’t condemning him in ways Dream can’t bear. Everything else about him- the flat chest, the thick arms and the obvious arousal in his boxers… Dream wants to hate it. Wants to hate the way it makes him feel.
OR, Dream and Sapnap live in a small town in Texas, they have all their lives. Dream's drowning beneath his unallowed feelings for Sapnap, and he doesn't know if he can survive when their friendship turns into something more but not what Dream wants.

So beautiful, I loved the aesthetic of this southern scenery, I felt so in tune with the country sun as if it were on my own skin and the hot air in my own lungs. It was so warm and so comforting and truely felt like a /real/ personal story, so much so it made me tear up.
I can’t wait to see more of this world, I want to feel the sun on my skin again.

This was so beautiful I literally cried the entire way through it, Dream and Georges emotions with each other and with Gen were so real and loving it gave me the warmest feeling.
I will be eagerly waiting for a part two 😉
