History holds stories. History hides stories. When history is written by men, about men, an entire half of the truth gets forgotten. Sometimes, the truth can only be found by peeling back the annals - and sometimes, the truth isn't quite the story you'd expect.
After spending too many years lost in their stories, perhaps it was time for hers to be heard.
The war in Asia began in 1937. The war in Europe began in 1939. The war for America began in 1941. Eleanor Dahl's war began on April 9th, 1940 and she's been fighting ever since, trying to find her way home - but the toll that road demands exacts a heavy price.
