Summary
Stan and Ford are getting ready for the kids' return when Bill shows up at their door, human and covered in blood. They decide to keep his return from the kids.
Bill wants to gain back his power, freedom and his Fordsy. Stan is willing to kill him to keep the kids safe and unaware. Ford finds the worst Bill can do is flirt with him, so with the low potential risk, he tells a few white lies and studies Bill in secret.
Dipper can tell right away something is going on, but has no clue what. Mabel senses a love story waiting to happen and takes matters into her own hands.
TL/DR: Bill just wants to have fun, and fucking his ex-devotee while he tries to regain his power is very fun. Everyone is either hiding something or trying to put the pieces together.

Summary
After getting to nowhere with usual treatment in the Theraprism, the Axolotl decides to try different method- sending Bill as a human back to Earth so he could make up for his wrongdoings and get fully redeemed in a different form and in a different place. This form though, resembles parts in Bill's past he tried to forget.
Now fully human, Bill has to deal with both old and new emotions, while trying to make amends with those on Earth- and beyond.

It felt like Bill’s entire existence was defined by him accomplishing things that should be impossible, for good or ill.
It should have been impossible to have been born and survived; his single eye in the middle of his body instead of a pair on opposite edges and all of his organs getting shoved around to accommodate that rather major change shouldn’t have worked. It should have been impossible to see the stars and the third dimension. It should have been impossible to show all of Euclydia those beautiful and impossible stars and everything that surrounded their dimension.
...All right, that impossibility did end fairly badly, but he did accomplish it.
It should have been impossible to take over the Nightmare Realm. It should have been impossible to slow the destabilization of the Nightmare Realm enough to give them time to find a solution. It should have been impossible to find and convince any of the humans to build an interdimensional portal. And even if he could manipulate one, it should have been impossible to find one capable of putting together the technology to actually succeed.
It should have been impossible for a night of karaoke and drinks in Ford’s mind to have any actual consequences…
