    Lodi’s brows raise in surprise, and he can’t stop himself from recoiling a bit. He scratches the back of his neck with a modest chuckle.

    “C’mon, Ms. Rey, you’re making me blush.”

    Ikora stops before she fully takes her leave. “Paz’s words, Lodi,” she clarifies over her shoulder, “not mine.”
