    Based on prompt in house of Snarry discord

    Harry and Snape are wizards but don’t play any specific role in the war, and therefore they meet and hit it off—with a little wearing down needed of our not-so-social boy, Severus. They go to this festival together: Harry to have fun, and Severus to look for potion ingredients (and hang with Harry because of how excited the shorter man was about it). They find a booth belonging to Luna Lovegood. Harry goes in and makes the wish, feeling silly but still willing to try it. And Severus goes in and asks for the same thing.

    But this love spell reveals who holds the greatest affection for you. So now they both know that the other is in love with them. They’re all nervous and stuff throughout the festival together—until, surprisingly, it’s Severus who kisses Harry against a wall after seeing someone else try to flirt with the brunette.
