    Why can’t you move? It’s pathetic. You used to be so confident in your ability to beat up homerobbers in those daydreams of yours, now look at you; You’re a dog toy. You’re letting this foul fog lurking demon summoned from Hell chew you like a dog toy.
    Nothing changes for what might be days; Now the fog is clearing, and you’re still a fear-frozen chew toy. The only part of your body you seem able to control are your eyes, and even then they feel out of your grasp; They’re creeping towards whatever’s got your arm in its maw but you don’t want to see it, you don’t want to see whatever netherworld born monstrosity is playing with its food of your flesh, you really, really don’t want to see and already you’re beginning to feel faint—You know your heart won’t handle the shock of sighting the awful thing but still your eyes betray you, helplessly drawn to your own doom and—
    It’s too late. The horrific creature is revealed.
    And he’s rather… cute. And familiar.

    Judai "Yuuna" Yuki knew from a young age she was a girl, no matter what her parents said against that. Yubel taught her how to play Duel Monsters and about their previous life as her Guardian and protector. She's finally on Duel Academy Island, where her parents can't reach her and she's free to be herself. But secrets can only stay secret for so long.

    Soon enough though, Yuuna has more than just her own secrets to worry about. Such as but not limited to: Alexis Rhodes hating her guts, Blair Flannigan's secrets and similar issues, the disappearance of Atticus Rhodes, Zane Truesdale also hating her guts, Syrus Truesdale's confidence problems, the fact Jasmine Makurada and Mindy Hamaguchi just can't spit it out, Chazz Princeton being Chazz Princeton, Bastion Misawa being too nosy for his own good, the random shadow games she keeps getting involved in, the island's horrible security that causes too many problems and the world destroying God-like cards under the island.

    For a very long time, Sanemi has known she'd rather be a girl. But given the sorry state of her life, there's bigger things to focus on, and it's not like she could ever change something like that anyway. So she ignores it, hides it, and pours all her energy into hunting down demons.

    Until eventually, she's sent to look into the disappearances on the Mugen train. She expected the Lower Moon. But what she never expected was the Upper Moon who took one look at her, declared he didn't fight women, and fled.

    Baffled by how the demon even knew such a thing, but even more certain she could easily kill the Upper Moon if he wasn't going to take her seriously, Sanemi makes it her new mission to hunt him down.

    And well... how could Akaza not get attached to a slayer with such an overwhelming fighting spirit, who is bound and determined to fight him every chance she gets?
