She had dark blue hair, tied up messily in a high ponytail, a few loose strands hanging down and framing her cute face. Her dazzling eyes were locked onto a book held gently within her grasp, brow furrowed and clearly deep in thought as she absorbed the information in the pages. Her long slender fingers gripped the book easily, and Vi’s gaze lingered on the way she held herself – the way her pointer finger flicked one page to the next, how her soft lips pursed while she continued to read, the way her right foot was propped up on the seat beneath her, arms casually resting on the bent crook of her knee.
And then their eyes locked.

Caitlyn and Vi are young undergrads that first meet each other at a bookstore. What soon follows is their inevitable friendship, personal revelations, and naturally, mutual pining.
