Summary
Regulus Black books the role of Nic Sheff in the movie Beautiful Boy, where he meets a man by the name of Fleamont Potter. This leads him to meet his son, James Potter, who he never imagined he'd meet in person. Unfortunately for Regulus, his agent and mother, Walburga Black, controls not only his career but his life as well.
James Potter meets Regulus Black after his dad, Fleamont Potter, lands the role of Dave Sheff in Beautiful Boy. Now James has to figure out his feelings for his best friend's estranged brother, as well as focus on the very successful band he is a part of, The Marauders.

"Even as he smiled, it hurt Regulus to know that they didn’t even know the real reason he had chosen to take on this movie. While yes, it was an incredibly heartfelt and touching story and he was honoured to help portray it, when he read the script and heard the title, he knew there was no other choice than for him to do it.
Unfortunately for his friends, the reason was too close to Regulus’ heart for him to share. It was a sensitive topic for him."
